Mines Grand at we99 is the grid-based instant game sweeping through Karachi, Lahore, and Faisalabad. Every tile you flip could reveal a glittering gem that multiplies your stake — or a mine that ends the round in an instant. The tension, the strategy, and the life-changing multipliers make this one of the most talked-about titles on the we99 platform.
5×5 Grid — 3 Mines Active
Mines Grand is we99's flagship mine-sweeper inspired instant game, built from the ground up for real-money play. The playing field is a 5×5 grid of 25 face-down tiles. Before each round you set your bet in PKR and choose how many mines are hidden beneath the grid — anywhere from 1 to 24. The more mines you place on the board, the higher the reward multiplier climbs with each safe tile you reveal, but the slimmer your odds of surviving the full run.
Each tile you flip is a decision: keep going and watch your multiplier grow, or cash out right now and lock in the winnings you have already accumulated. That single decision — continue or collect — is what makes Mines Grand so compelling. It is not just luck. There is genuine, meaningful strategy in every session, which is why players across Pakistan have made it one of the most-played titles on we99.
The game runs on a provably fair system. Before your round begins, the mine positions are locked by a cryptographic seed. After the round ends, we99 gives you access to verify that the seed — and therefore the mine layout — was fixed before your first click and was never altered mid-game. This level of transparency is something traditional card games and slot machines cannot offer, and it is a core reason why trust in we99's instant game catalogue continues to grow.
Provably Fair: Every Mines Grand round at we99 is seeded before it starts. The cryptographic hash of the mine layout is available to verify independently after each game concludes.

Unlike a slot machine where outcomes are entirely random, Mines Grand rewards players who think clearly about risk and reward. These are the approaches that experienced we99 players use to get the most out of every session.
Set 1–3 mines and flip tiles until you reach a 1.5x–2x multiplier, then collect. The win per round is modest, but the success rate is high. Players in Lahore who run long sessions on a fixed daily budget often find this approach extends their playtime the most effectively.
Use 5–8 mines and target a 3x–5x multiplier before cashing out. This is the sweet spot that most regular we99 players gravitate toward — enough risk to keep the multipliers interesting, but not so many mines that a single bad click wipes out a meaningful stake.
Set 15–20 mines with a small stake. The probability of hitting five or more consecutive gems is low, but the multiplier reward is enormous. This style suits players who are comfortable with variance and are chasing a single big payout rather than consistent small gains.
we99's Mines Grand includes an auto cashout feature. Set your target multiplier before the round begins and the game collects automatically when you hit it. This removes the emotional decision-making in the heat of a streak and enforces your pre-planned strategy without hesitation.
A quick reference for how mine count affects the danger-to-reward ratio at we99
Higher mine counts produce dramatically steeper multiplier curves. Even two or three consecutive safe tiles at 20 mines can return 5x or more at we99. The tradeoff is that a single mine hit wipes the entire stake for that round.
